Rich represented a large European family attraction company on lease transaction with some of the largest real estate investment companies in the U.S.: e.g, Mills-Simon, Taubman Properties, Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (Plymouth Meeting Mall, PA), Limited Brands (Easton Town Center, Columbus, OH), Triple Five (American Dream, East Rutherford, NJ)
Representation of rapidly expanding retail stores (simultaneously handling new lease transactions throughout California and the United States)

His work has included negotiating and finalizing purchase agreements, assisting with due diligence (including title analysis), financing, and closing transactions, and involvement with post-closing development.
